Velocity Plus is a high quality blend of petroleum products, detergents, synthetics, and metal conditioners that impregnate the pores of the metal, which are specifically designed to be more
efficient under intense heat and pressure to reduce friction.
By effectively reducing the friction you decrease:
- the wear and erosion
- the chamber pressure, which reduces stress on your barrel and action
- the recoil
- the amount of copper, lead, and powder fouling in the pores of the metal which are now occupied by anti-friction metal conditioners. Also making it easier to maintain a clean bore with less effort.
Additionally, you increase:
- life of your barrel
- the velocity, hence decreasing the amount of rise and fall in your bullet's flight path and increasing the effective range of the projectile.
As noted in our testing the effective range was increased by nearly 50% (from 200 yards to 300 yards) – with nearly the same velocity and foot pounds energy at 300 yards, as 200 yards prior to the
Velocity Plus bore treatments.
