Velocity Plus Test Results

October 1999 testing of Pyne Brothers Velocity Plus Bore Cleaner and Gun Oil Treatment -- please note that these tests were not exhaustive as they only reflect results until the tester ran out of ammunition, we were expecting the gains in performance to level off sooner.

Test rifle: 7-30 Waters model 94 Winchester
Test Load: Hornaday #2822 139 gr. Flat nose bullet (BC .196),
38.0 gr. of IMR 4831 powder
Chronograph at 10 feet from muzzle, 70 degrees F, winds calm 4100 ft MSL
Gun cleaned with bore cleaner and then oiled before each 5 rounds.
